The Study Of Agile Supply Chain Collaboration Mechanism Based On TOC

There are more pressures on business organizations nowadays. The competition between the enterprises is now becoming the competition between Supply Chains. So SC collaboration should be focused on to gain more advantages of responds time and flexibility. However, a lack of awareness about the existence of constraints along the supply chain prevents the benefits of collaboration from being fully realized.This paper reviews the studies of SC collaboration and Constraint Theory. Based on the TOC fundamental theory,this thesis analyzes the main conflict that SC partners must be faced when they make decisions, and the key point to destroy the conflict is to make decision based on the impact of actions for the throughput, Investment/Inventory and Operation Expense.Then, SC is recognized as a system, this paper concludes and discusses about the Supply Chain Management based on TOC. The TOC way is compared with the traditional supply chain management methods, the meaning of conclusions are expanded.Finally, a new collaboration mechanism called supply chain collaboration mechanism based on buffer protected is given. It makes the individual partners can easily decision based on CCR capacity and market demand balance, and the system becomes more flexible. Meanwhile, a performance measurement index system of collaboration in supply chain is determined to support the TOC collaboration mechanism.. So, members in the chain can realize the importance of collaboration, and work towards the common goal to increase the profit of whole chain.
