From the result of the rate of the science and technology to the economy, we can draw some conclusions as follows. Firstly, the output of China was mainly contributed by capital devotion; Secondly, the rate of contribution by the science & technology is low; Thirdly, the function of the science & technology is becoming more and more important. Meanwhile, the paper do some more research on how to improve the rate of contribution of the science and technology, aiming the problems which existed nowadays and taking our demand on science and technology to develop our economy into concern.
