The world academic circles and enterprises continue to turn themselves to the theory regarding project management of marketing, the well-known enterprise of nations is trying to use the terms about project management of marketing to turn of creative management style, hope to tally up to match in physically applied for 21 centuries, the fierce competition changes environment more under of business enterprise marketing management style.The marketing management item turns, saying be take sales as to lead to, will have the strategic marketing target to see to a project, both marketing and operation team see as its project set. Based on the thoughts of project management ,both of marketing target and operation mission will be divided into some work segments, in the meantime,the team of operation and sales&marketing will be responsible for the mission.Firstly, the article introduces the research background of the project, and then it generally introduces marketing management, project management of theoies and development. Furthermore, it presents the project management.The above is the theory basis of this article. It goes the project of marketing development of J.k chuck manufacturer in Pacific Asia .It mainly study how to carry on the item environment analysis, rival analysis and application the SWOT analysis, how to set up the sales target objectively based on the theory of project management, how to divide the target into work segments which will be quantitively and timed.To carry on overall summary and analysis to the progress controlling, resources controlling and quality management, the article starts from the theories of project management of markeing and has the analysis regarding project implements. We try place of managing its success&weckness .And we try to find the root cause regarding problems.Furthermore, it put forward the opinion of improvement.
