The corporate culture is the total of common consciousness concept of value, behavior norms and standards that all the members followed. It plays a very important role in all aspects of the corporate management. It has the strong mental state to stir up and inspire the dint and energies to lure the dint. In the same time, corporate culture is widespread between the business enterprise community, while supporting and predominating all members within business enterprises, guiding them toward the decided target to struggle.Human is an important resource which is hard to control and be copy. The staff is not only the final-maker of competitive advantage, but also the headspring. It is a confused problem for the enterprises how to hold the staff with high-loyalty and high-quality. At this time organizational commitment has been found. It was found in many studies to predict individual behavior, such as absenteeism and leave. It becomes an industry practice and academic problem how to hold the staff with high-commitment to enterprise.The point of departure of this thesis begins from the culture disabilities in the organizational commitment. The study adopts the methods in combine of theories and empirical study .It is to say that to put forward the originality hypothesis between corporate culture and organizational commitment from the theories, and to validate the correctness of them in the business enterprise through the empirical method. First, the text discussed the background of the research and the meaning of the researches, and points out that the corporate culture is a very important part of the strategic competitive advantage for enterprise, and it is also an importance influence contents for organizational commitment. Second, in the basic of the literature overview of corporate culture and organizational commitment, elaborate the influence of corporate culture on organizational commitment. Third, design the questionnaire of corporate culture and organizational commitment. Four, deal with the data and analysis the influence of corporate culture and organizational commitment.Through the study, we find that the "Flexibility and Internal Focus" make the learning disabilities big; "Stability and External Focus" make the affective commitment small; "Flexibility and Stability" make the normative commitment small; "External Focus and Internal Focus" make the normative commitment heavy contrarily.
