Making a broad view of the world, we can find that all successful corporations have excellent corporate culture while the unsuccessful ones suffer from the unsuitable culture. It is a historical trend to improve the competence through the strength of culture in the market competition. The development of the culture has been the prerequisite of economic growth. However, the invisibility of culture also brings difficulty to the construction of corporate culture. On the other hand, domestic studies on corporate culture still remain on the behavior culture, which fails to catch up with the practice development. As a result, corporate culture is lack of the instruction of scientific theories based on the reality. Therefore, there is little driving power to the long-term development of the corporate.This paper definitely put forward the topic on the essence and the characteristics of the corporate culture as well as the theoretic thoughts. Through the dynamic analysis of the corporate culture, we can find that it has the function of information feedback and amplification. It is the driving force of the positive feedback that becomes the original motive power. Through case-study approach and model approach, the paper analyzes the core culture — the hierarchical structure of the corporate value, proves that the attribution of the corporate culture development derives from the evolved value, on the basis of which, further study has been made through the induction, synthetic and quantitative approach, on four characteristics effecting the subsistence and development, such as behavior guiding, individuality and exclusiveness, expanding and compatibility, the difference of countries and nations, some important conclusions have been drawn. In the end, we propose 7 methods on the construction of corporate culture and offer a scientific and rational thought for building the new-type corporate culture of Chinese-style.
