Corporate culture is a kind of value concept and thinking mode that runs through the consistency of the behaviors of all employees in the enterprise and improves the production efficiency of the enterprise.For a long time,people have been studying the impact of culture on strategy.Corporate culture and corporate strategy are complementary relationships,and corporate culture is the key guarantee for effective implementation of the strategy.However,how to study corporate culture from a quantitative perspective is the key and innovative point of this paper.Through a large amount of literature reading,the author has found CVF(competitive value model),which can measure corporate culture more accurately.Finding the best matching relationship between corporate culture and strategy implementation,giving full play to the positive guiding role of corporate culture is crucial to promoting the construction of modern corporate culture and the effective implementation of strategy.Corporate culture is the cultural atmosphere and values that the company gradually formed in the long-term production and operation process.As the soul of the enterprise,corporate culture is theinexhaustible driving force for the development of the enterprise.For a long time,people have been studying the impact of relevant culture on strategy.The existing discussion on corporate culture focuses on its impact on corporate strategy.In the literature collation and the existing research methods,this paper intends to establish an empirical research model of corporate culture on strategy implementation,from a quantitative perspective.The survey scale for this paper was constructed in conjunction with Quinn's OCIA scale.Through the processing and analysis of the obtained data through SPSS19.0,we explored the impact of various characteristics of corporate culture on strategic implementation obstacles and strategic execution effects.Through the data analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The flexibility of corporate culture has a negative impact on the obstacles to the implementation of the strategy.The effect of the implementation of the strategy is positively correlated.In other words,the more flexible the corporate culture,the smaller the obstacles to the implementation of the strategy,and the better the implementation of the strategy.(2)The stability characteristics of corporate culture have a positive impact on the obstacles to the implementation of the strategy,and have a negative impact on the effectiveness of the strategy implementation.In other words,the more stable the corporate culture,the greater the obstacles to the implementation of the strategy,and the worse the implementation.(3)The external characteristics of corporate culture have a negative impact on the degree of obstacles to the implementation of the strategy,and are positively related to the effectiveness of the strategy implementation.In other words,the more corporate culture tends to focus on the outside,the fewer barriers to implementing the strategy and the worse the implementation.(4)The inherent peculiarity of corporate culture has a positive impact on the degree of obstacles to the implementation of the strategy,and is negatively related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy.In other words,the more corporate culture tends to focus on the internals,the greater the barriers to implementing strategies,and the worse the implementation.
