Labor relationship is the most important social relationships in social and economic life. The harmonious and stable labor relations determine the relationship between a harmonious and stable society as a whole. However, China now is in the historic period of change from a dual economy to a dollar economy, from extensive mode of economic growth to intensive economic growth pattern. After nearly 30 years of reform and development, China's labor relations have undergone profound and dramatic changes. But it is also facing an unprecedented challenge to the trials and tribulations. The transition process, the different forms of ownership under the labor relations and the evolution of the unrest has also become more complex. The main labor relations between the increasing contradictions and conflicts, labor relations discord growing in the phenomenon, has become an important factor affect China's social stability And the development, become an obstacle to building a harmonious society. Therefore, the building of a harmonious labor relations and the building of a harmonious society is not only an important aspect, but also a foundation to build a harmonious society.Based on the study on the characteristics of the current development of China's labor relations, the careful analysis of the current situation related to the combination of labor relations theory, This paper analyzes systematically the roles of the main labor relations, including government, business and labor unions in the tripartite labor relations and the roles of status As well as their inter-relationship between the roles and achieve harmonious labor relations in three ways, that is, the mechanism of labor relations, labor relations and labor relations early warning mechanism for incentives. Finally, this paper uses the quantitative research and statistical analysis of the correlation method.
