The Construction Of The New Labor-capital Relations In Harmonious Socialist Society

Labor-capital relations has become China’s most common and broad economic relations, the harmonious labor-capital relations is the foundation of the harmonious socialist society. Because which is based on the socialist market economy, our country’s labor-capital relations is different from the centralized management of authority of capital in previous socialist state, also different from the free labor relations mode of western capitalist market. So the new labor-capital relations research in social harmonious socialist has great realistic meaning and theoretical significance. It helps to enrich and develop the related theory of harmonious labor-capital relations, provide the scientific basis for the government to make labor-capital policy of protecting workers’rights. It helps to strengthen enterprise management’s responsibility consciousness, cultivate the enterprise culture and the enterprise ethics based on employees. It helps to raise awareness of the main body of the workers, provide theory support to realize its overall development.The research on labor-capital relationship has a long history,"harmonious labor relations" put on the Sixth plenary of sixteen session, indicates the direction of the new period of socialist labor-capital relations research. This article starts from the basic concept and relevant theories of labor-capital relations, combines with the domestic and foreign research and the characteristics of the times of socialist harmonious society, introduces the construction and existing problems in the process of the results achieved, analysis reasons of these problems and puts forward some effective countermeasures. The innovation points of this article is just reflected in the analysis process and study process. Especially for the selection of the related theory, puts into a new edge of labor-capital relations.Since the reform and opening, along with the further adjustment of social system, the government has formulated a series of regulations and policies to ease the labor conflicts and protect workers’rights and interests. But the efforts also is not good enough, deep enough, and widely enough, such problems that income distribution is not reasonable, labor safeguard is not sound, labor laws and regulations are not perfect, frequent labor conflicts still exist. The construction of the harmonious labor-capital relationship has a long way to go. Therefore, this article puts attention on three aspects include the transformation of government functions, the strengthen of corporate social responsibility, and the augment of laborer and organizations, puts forward a series of positive action, hope that through a one-two, realize the harmonious development of labor-capital relations.
