In nowadays,knowledge becomes the basis of economic society. Carrying out knowledge innovation constantly is the only way to achieve the enterprise's constant development.By exploring the tacit knowledge existences in the employee individual, the tacit knowledge management builds the mechanism of sharing knowledge, and makes knowledge and employees combine organically to promote the ability of organization to innovate and develop.For the enterprise in R&D,most of the knowledge is vague knowledge which scatters in the mind of employees,and it is difficult to make it clear.Distinguishing,capturing,converting and sharing the tacit knowledge is important methods for the enterprise in R&D to manage its tacit knowledge, get the core competence,popularize the knowledge management and be adapt to the changeable economic environment. IT enterprises. Enterprises must improve the ability of technological innovation of themselves to strengthen competitive advantages. Therefore it is extremely urgent for the enterprise in R&D to carry out its tacit knowledge management.First,based on the theories of the tacit knowledge,this thesis primarily explicits the knowledge chain and its model, discusses the function and system of the tacit knowledge management and probing into the pattern of the tacit knowledge management.Secondly,through questionnaire and structure equation model,the thesis analyzes the facter of ability of enterprise to acquire and share tacit knowledge. Based on the above analysis,the thesis deeply analyzes and discusses the prmise conditions and the critical stages for the tacit knowledge management.At last, from aspects of molding the corporate culture,building the incentive mechanism and designing the organization structure,the thesis shows the environment and method in which the enterprise carries out the management of tacit knowledge. The knowledge sharing can be promoted by setting expertise management Positions of management. In the cultural mechanism, enterprises should cultivate culture to achieve trust, cooperation and learning.The information communication technology support mechanism can be established by connecting the departments within the network, the establishment of acknowledge base, knowledge maps, and virtual community of knowledge shacking of enterprises.It also makes an practical analysis to the tacit knowledge management of JinYu Company. All the work on the topic in the thesis provide the aid and the support for the knowledge type enterprise to carry out knowledge innovation and establish the core competence.Presently,The documents about knowledge management spring up in great puantity,but for the various obstacles of the tacit knowledge,the theory research and practice of it are seriously disconnected,which would decelerate the advance of the tacit knowledge. This thesis provides references for the practical decision of tacit knowledge management in such situation,and has theoretical and realistic meaning.
