| The implementation of Labor Contract Law upgrades the challenge of recruitment costs and risks for recruitment work at January 1,2008.At this background,enterprises pay more attention to the quality of staff recruitment.Interview is a widely used,scientific staff selection and evaluation tools,but is influenced by the examiners at a large extent. Therefore,training recruitment interviews,especially examiners,improving their knowledge and skills is important.At the reality background of there are serious defects in the way and the process of the interview,the paper analyzes the competency of examiners,and on this basis it researches measures of training and development interviews examiners.This article has enriched the theory of China's competency,provided an important theory and practice basis for the.training for enterprises interview examiners,building a professional and efficient interviews team,in order to attract and retain talents for the enterprises.And regulating China's recruitment interviews,as well as improving the quality of interviews.Through the study of literature,it expounds the research background and meaning.
