Water Resources Pricing And Price Mechanism's Reform Research Of Chongqing

The water resources insufficiency already becomes the "bottleneck" restricting Chongqing economic and social development. The outstanding problem is to know how to make good use of and protect the water resources of Chongqing. To make it worse, the current price system of Chongqing is incomplete. The result is that the fixed price can not make a perfect effect on the sustainable use as it does. Therefore, to providing scientific basis for the water resources protection and reasonable using in Chongqing, solving the problems in the water resources pricing system and its reform is no time to delay.According to the situation of Chongqing water resources at present, I want to found a way of water resources pricing which is good for Chongqing's long-term development and the deep reform in price system. So, Firstly, I compare the study at home and abroad on this side, with the way of including and summing up to make analysis and comments about the actuality and shortage in this field. What is more, I use formal rule to study the water price forms mechanism, water price mechanism and so on. Put forward the principle that the water resources pricing method should follow according to the meaning of the water resources pricing. On basis of these, I can get a good knowledge of the situation of Chongqing's water resources, the current method of carrying out water price and the result of it. At the same time, I analyze the problems and detrimental effect involved in them as well as main measures taken in the reform on water price and their achievements. At last, combining the care and experience of study the water resources, I sum up not only the way which is suitable for Chongqing's long-term development program, but also the policy suggestions and supporting measures.
