Among them, the alliance’s performance evaluation is a key problem of alliance management, performance evaluation system will directly affect the enthusiasm of leaguer enterprises and the stability of the league. Therefore, build reasonable alliance performance evaluation system, is at present our country logistics enterprise alliance for operation and management of a key issue.This study is focused on the construction of the performance evaluation index system of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance and choose the suitable method to small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance performance evaluation, combined with relevant examples show that the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance performance evaluation system is practical and feasible.At first, this paper analyzed the middle and small logistics enterprise alliance in our country, the necessity of performance appraisal for middle and small logistics enterprise alliance. According to the related theory, defining the meaning of the performance appraisal of middle and small logistics enterprise alliance.
