Research On The Human Resources Plan Of The HW Ltd. CO.

With the rapid process of global economic integration, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more furious, human resource is becoming the essential strategic resource for enterprises' survival and development. Only those who can attract and retain intellectual talent, those who can offer excellent training and make full use of their employees' potential, can win initiative in market competition and maintain powerful core competence.Taking the HW Ltd. CO. as research object, this paper firstly introduced its basic background information and development strategy. Then a survey of the company's human resource was made under the guidance of strategic human resource management theory. To develop the company's human resource plan position, objectives and its human resource strategy, a deliberate problem analysis was made base on the company's industry context and its strategy. After human resource demand and supply analysis, the question of how to improve the company's human resource management system was systemically discussed from three perspectives: developing employee potential, attracting external intellectual talent and managing human resource. At the end of the paper, some critical problems need to be solved and the correspondent countermeasures were put forward.According this research, the structure, quantity and quality of human resource and the quality of the human resource management in HW Company can not meet the demand of its develop strategy. These problems must be solved as soon as possible.
