Yu Center Human Resources Planning Study

Human Resource Plan is an enterprise makes necessary human resource policy and measures in accordance with circumstances situation, by scientifically forecasting manpower demand of the enterprise, to meet the manpower demands of the enterprise.The paper is going to use theory and demonstration to make a research and discussion on the Human Resource Plan of YU center by Human Resource Plan relative theory.After investigating the age structure, job function, etc. of YU center, analysis the problems and reasons; using Regression Analysis method, interview method to forecast the Human Resource demand of YU center in line with their own conditions and development strategy; using Relay Model, empirical approach to forecast the Human Resource supply in YU center, then draft the Human Resource Plan to meet three years of human resource demand of the YU center.Finally, a strategy suggestion will be concluded in the fields of mindset, enterprise culture, setting up Human Resource Management Information System, and designing corporate structure construction etc.The paper builds a Human Resource Plan system to meet YU center demands, supply a considering worthy plan for appropriation-balance institutions in Human Resource Plan Management. It is a relative valuable in theory and practical activities.
