On the background of global economy, it's necessary for enterprises to enter the global market. As for a company in TOP 5 of Engineering Companies from 2000 year, it is more important for ZYSD to enter the international market which can attain international resource as well as international competition power.This thesis focuses on the inner and external environment of ZYSD. Firstly the thesis reviews the history and trend of Chinese iron & steel engineering industry, secondly explains ZYSD history, and actuality. This thesis carries out a SWOT analysis for ZYSD, and analyzes Brazil, Russia, India market and overall competitors. Then, the thesis lists the SWOT matrix of ZYSD exploiting oversea market, and brings forward the SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy.On the basis of the analysis, it's appropriate for ZYSD to take a strategy of market rhythmical expansion with recommended measures. The thesis points out the 4Ps of ZYSD, namely product tactic, price tactic, place tactic and promote tactic, and improving project management, establishing international alliance. The result can provide applied significance for ZYSD to exploit oversea market, and serve as reference for China Exploration, Design & Consulting Firms.
