| Under the background of economic globalization and regional integration, district development strategy in china has changed from equilibrium model and non-balanced pattern to the model of regional coordination development. Cheng-Yu economic area has a vital role in the Great Development of the West China. And now, it has been listed into the important development areas, which regional planning is being compiled. At the same time, the nuclear cities of Cheng-Yu economic area, Chongqing and Chengdu have been approved to set up the comprehensive matching experimental plot of overall development of town and countryside. So, the regional cooperation mechanism of Cheng-Yu economic area faces new challenges, needs to innovate and be further developed so as to meet the requirement of regional public policies。Based on analyzing the course of regional cooperation in China and Cheng-Yu economic area, the thesis elaborated the inner characteristics and shortcoming of the current regional cooperation of Cheng-Yu economic area and tried to innovate in following respects in the perspective of the public policy analysis: researching on policies of coordinating urban-rural development and regional coordination development, proposing"plate combination"--one new mode of regional cooperation mechanism. In this new constructive mode, the regional cooperation mechanism is made of four blocks, and there exist selectable projects in each block, which can be composed into different regional cooperation mechanism by using different patterns of permutation and combination. Moreover, the study pointed out that we should focus on the system construction and put forward several related matching reformative measures.The thesis can be summarized as follows:PartⅠIntroduction.
