The ecological environment is the premise and foundation of mankind surviving and economic development. However, how is the progress of the strategy of sustainable development implemented? How to judge the path of evolution of the industrial structure is ecological? How to assess the level of development of industry ecological? Therefore, the evaluation of industry ecological has become the concerned problem to the decision makers and public.To evaluate the level of industry ecological scientifically, we must establish a reasonable system of indicators to measure the development of industry, society, resources, the environment and the degree of coordination at first.
