At present, there are mangy studies for staff job satisfaction. And there are also many theoretic to support it abroad. However the scholars domestic pay much attention to the demonstration study for staff job satisfaction. Meanwhile we find that there are many problems among them, one of them is lack of depth and extent. The object of this article is to study the mid-level staff of mechanical manufacturing in Shandong province. The reasons that we choose the mechanical manufacturing of Shandong province is because the mechanical manufacturing has much space to develop and improve themselves in our country in the background of constructing harmonious society, and the demonstration study of staff job satisfaction hasn't come down to this industry. Through this demonstration study we hope to support some advices for mechanical manufacturing which has high employee turnover rate.Fist of all, this article introduces the opportunity and position of and mechanical manufacturing in Shandong province, and expatiate the meaning of the study. Then summarizes the study status in quo of job satisfaction, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the measure means to job satisfaction. By analyzing the relationships among job satisfaction and organization performance and promises, we can get the study importance of job satisfaction. By means of literature analysis and structures interview, the factors which influence the job satisfaction are collected and revised. On the basis of it, the hypothesis of the research is given. According to these variables, scales are designed, and a questionnaire is created to do a survey sampleThis article uses the factor analysis to explore the structure of six scene independent variables. After the test of reliability and validity, revision is made for the factors'structure; with the regression analysis, regression coefficient is calculated. And the study gets the conclusion like these: there are four factors influence the job satisfaction, and they are the job itself, organization circumstance and atmosphere, job return and corporation visualize. Addition, the factors of leaders'action and relationship among people don't pay much effect to job satisfaction. So we can get some advice to motivate employees'positivity and reduce their turnover rate.
