Hospital as a medical service provider, whose main purpose is to meet thepeople’s growing need, such as medical treatment, prevention, rehabilitation andhealth care. The clinical staff is the primary resource of the hospital, who play a keyrole in the process of medical services. Employee job satisfaction has been one of thefocuses of discussion and research in various disciplines. The clinical staff asemployees of the hospital, whose job satisfaction are closely related to quality andefficiency of medical services, and the satisfaction of patients. Lower job satisfactionwill make a direct result of the poor quality of medical services and medical efficiency,affect the normal functioning of the entire medical service system. Therefore, it isnecessary to investigate and analyze those factors that affect the clinical staff jobsatisfaction. Thence, this paper will conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis tothe clinical staff of Jinan third people’s hospital.Firstly, this paper collected the relevant literatures on job satisfaction, studiedand analyzed the related theory. Based on this basis, it designed out the surveyprogram, and then carried out survey work. After the end of the survey, it calculatedthe survey data, processed and analyzed the survey data. Finally, this paper proposesthe relevant suggestions to improve the clinical staff’s job satisfaction.
