In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises is the co mpetition for talents,and employee satisfaction is the driving force for the sustainable development of the company.Employees play a vital role in the development of enterprises.Improving employee satisfaction is conducive to reducing enterprise turnove r rate and training cost,enhancing employee work initiative,enhancing employee loyalty and improving employee work efficiency.Beijing TIME High Technology co.,ltd.is a listed private enterprise affiliated to Beijing times group,a leading enterprise i n the testing instrument industry and the largest company in the domestic testing instrument industry.It is of great significance to carry out the survey and research on the satisfaction of the sales staff of the enterprise,no matter from improving the enterprise performance,increasing the enterprise competitiveness,or continuing to make the enterprise bigger and stronger.Based on the Beijing TIME High Technology co.,LTD sales staff as the research object,combined with domestic and foreign research l iterature,on the basis of relevant theories of employee satisfaction,finally the employee satisfaction is divided into the work itself,work environment,salary,benefits,career development,work groups,enterprise management,and other six dimensions,sum up the employee satisfaction possible problems and their causes.The company implements the department leadership responsibility system,and the operation of each department is under the control and management of department leaders.According to differ ent department sales kind of employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction from different sales department is to analyze the differences,and further discusses improvement measures: making work challenging sales target,flexible working hours,the rich and colorful style entertainment activities,establish a transparent,fair and reasonable compensation mode,strengthen the professional sales staff fair science promotion system construction,improve the level of sales staff education training,to promote effective communication between the superior and the subordinate,to strengthen the construction of organizational justice,institutional,trust,encourage sales staff advice behavior.Provide guidance for enterprises to accurately find problems in employee satisfaction management.Sales is the center of enterprise activities,sales staff to provide the main source of income,sales staff job satisfaction is related to the enterprise security and staff turnover rate,so the efficiency of sales staff to the whol e enterprise is very important.Paper by sales staff satisfaction survey research conclusion,help enterprise managers to further grasp the enterprise potential problems that exist in the adjust direction of enterprise management,and continually promote t he mutual benefit of employee and enterprise value,enhance the working efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the staff turnover of the enterprise,improve enterprise employees' subjective initiative and value creativity.
