As a rising industry, dispatched mechanism was draw into some state-owned enterprises with the development of market economy. Dispatched mechanism is a young employ system that separated the right of use and proprietary rights of human resources. The job satisfaction and the incentive mechanism of dispatched staff become a hot focus in human resources field.In this study, I want to know the degree of job satisfaction of dispatched staff, and I also want to know the affect element of job satisfaction of dispatched staff. With the method of talk survey, I collected some basic data from the dispatched staff with mainstay and secondary post in a state-owned enterprise.With the survey data of the self-consider of 30 samples, the degree of job satisfaction was low and the encourage effective was small. Compared with the differences of the job satisfaction of different posts and the affective of economic and non-economic determinants, and pointed out the important affect of non-economic encouragement. By a perspective of psychology, this paper emphasis concern the high-level needs and inherent needs of the dispatched staff in enterprises,and pointed out some encouragement methods of satisfy these needs.With the development of dispatched industry, the management of state-owned enterprises should pay attention to inherent needs and job satisfaction of dispatched staff, and should attach importance to use non-economic encouragement.
