With the development of China economic and urban,property management has formed scale,and its benefits are more and more obvious.Property service which related to property management has also become a trend.As a new force of the service industry,property service has a broad development prospects.Vanke property has became a very good representation in the property service.The grassroots employees of Vanke property face the front-line customers directly.Their job satisfaction directly affects the satisfaction of customer,and also affects the service quality and economic benefits of the company.Therefore,it is meaningful to study the job satisfaction of Yantai Vanke property grassroots employees.First,this paper gives a brief overview of job satisfaction research background,purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content framework and method of this paper.The innovation and research deficiencies of this article are also put forward.Secondly,starting from the concept of job satisfaction,referring to related literature and research results,combining with the characteristics of research objects,the suitable research ideas,measurement tools and methods for this study have been chosen.After that,this paper summarize two related factors:individual characteristics and work related characteristics.In addition,the research object is briefly discussed and based on the literature and research results,the relevant assumptions of Yantai Vanke property grassroots employees' job satisfaction are analyzed.Based on the related hypotheses and existed data and documents,questionnaire is been designed,distributed and recycled.Two conclusions have been found after analysis with the SPSS 19.0.(1)Five work-related factors has positive correlation with Yantai Vanke property staffs' job satisfaction,learning and training these factors have the greatest impact on the grassroots employee job satisfaction,(2)Except education degree and work experiences,the other factors have significant difference to employees'job satisfaction.Finally,according to the analysis results,this paper put forward some rationalization improvement suggestions for Yantai Vanke property management from the aspects of learning-training,work team and promotion system.
