Capabilities Intensive Analysis In The Industrial Structure Upgrading Of Science, Technology And Defense Industry

State-owned military enterprises are no longer the purchase processing workshops of the state. After the participation of Private enterprises in the production of military competition, in order to maintain competitive advantages, the state-owned military industries have to achieve the overall competitiveness of the enterprises associated with the collection of the latitude of effective resources from the material concerns of visible resources extended to concerns time and space, information and Multidimensional invisible knowledge resources to improve the overall intensive capacities.The further development of the National defense science's industrial structure faced complex and uncertain environment. in the process of upgrading the industrial structure, China's national defense science and technology has experienced the transition from the planned to the market, and will gradually move toward fair competition development path with other industrial system , and had some bottlenecks factors impacted on the industrial system competitiveness of national defense science and technology. In this way, the problem of capacity-intensive in upgrading the defense science and technology industry structure is an important aspects of the defense science and technology's competitiveness. First ,Based on the elements system, it described the evolution of the national defense science and technology-intensive industrial structure's upgrading, with emphasis on its relevance and evolution programs; Secondly, based on capability's system, it described the capacity-intensive of the national defense science and technology generated in the industrial structure upgrading, giving a theory and a model; Thirdly, based on the path system, it described capacity-intensive's optimization of upgrading national defense science and technology's industrial structure, focused on the affect factors, the root causes, and then given theoretical evaluation and optimization path envisaged of the national defense science and technology. At last, based future research needs of the index system ,it gave out further in-depth study.
