Since Logistics industry the 1950s has been recognized,after half a century's evolution and development, now it has been recognized as the artery of national economic development and basic industries in the international community, its level of development has become one of the important symbols of measuring of the degree of modernization and comprehensive national strength. In Western economic circles, developing modern logistics was called the "third profit source" after lowering consumption of resource and improving labor productivity by many economists and entrepreneurs. The American scholar Drucker called "the father of management pointed out: Logistics is"the dark continent of economic sector"and"a virgin land". This reflects the importance of the logistics industry on country economic development.The world has entered the 21st century, which we call geo-economic and geopolitical era. All countries in the world will be more focus on cooperation and relationship with neighboring countries. As Central Asian region has a strategic status with huge energy advantage, its strategic rear position as China has increasingly shown., Central Asia's stability and development have affected China's smooth implementation of long-term stability and Great Western Development strategy, so China in the new century will also pay more attention to exchanges and contacts with neighboring countries. Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent, China's development to Central Asia and other regions, to a considerable extent, relies on Xinjiang this strategy land. So Xinjiang becomes the west gate of the motherland, a bridgehead opened to west, it has the unique geopolitical relations and important strategic position. The new century, the country western development strategy not only specified the direction but also bring the important opportunities for Xinjiang economy development. In recent years, Xinjiang and Central Asia contact with each other more and more, the volume of trade between the two sides substantial rises. But the logistics infrastructure "divide" and other logistics barriers, not only has seriously hampered the rapid development of the logistics industry, but also hindered the economy contacts between Xinjiang and Central Asia, making China and Xinjiang's economic development strategy difficult to conduct all. So it is imperative to study the logistics industry for central Asia in Xinjiang .This paper's main idea: on the basis of the logistics theories and the related definitions, discusses the background of logistics industry in Xinjiang, then points out the various problems and bottlenecks which has restricted the development; Finally, bring forward some suggestions and countermeasures to make China and Xinjiang's Strategic objectives to Central Asia come true.Through the systematic research on many field prefecture of Xinjiang, this article lists the various problems and bottlenecks which has restricted the development of China(Xinjiang) with central Asia in detail after analyzing the real Condition . they are logistics concepts ,policies and regulations issues, transport infrastructure and information technology issues , personnel training service and business issues and specific problems at port. Then it makes a number of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the existing problems of logistics industries that put forward. These countermeasures can be summed up as: a core strategy: establishing Urumqi as the center of the regional logistics system, opening the new Eurasian continental bridge; a central theme: linking to the east and going out to the west, importing from the west and making a sale to the east, transporting both by bus and by train, owning software as well as hardware...
