Xinjiang agricultural resources are abundant and less pollution,which good quality of agricultural products make its industrial structure and material resources have strong complementary with the central Asian countries. Adjacent to central Asia,xinjiang has its own unique geographical advantage of agricultural trade development. "Twelfth five-year plan” of China government has proposed to “accelerate an opening-up border and develop geographical advantages to establish and carry out the special opening policy.Xinjiang will also speeds up the development of key ports, border cities,cross-border economic cooperation zones and key experimental zone construction with strengthening infrastructure connectivity with its neighboring countries". Given this background, this paper systematically study in potential agricultural trade between China's xinjiang and central Asia countries.Besides,the central Asian market development space and the adjustment of xinjiang agricultural industry structure will also be contained to correspondingly tune the agricultural products based on advantages and promoting xinjiang agricultural growth and expending economic and trade cooperation with central Asian countries.Xinjiang stand as a “bridgehead”of China's westward development.Its agriculture products,with character of advantage”, has always been the most competitive part supporting its opening up agriculture initiative.In light of this,research will be significant in the fields of the current status of Central Asia market expending,existing problems of the trade of xinjiang sure-to-sell agricultural products and barriers of marketing opening up into Central Asia areas.Due to there are less related researching literature to which government and enterprises can refer.This paper has reviewed a variety of advantages of agricultural products during the planning period issued by National Ministry of Agriculture and the export data of Xinjiang area to Central Asia countries,which has turned that products like cotton, vegetables,dried fruits,raisins,beef and mutton,etc have their exporting advantages.Advantageous agriculture products have brought Xinjiang agriculture products the unprecedented higher stage for expending the foreign market.The result has also showed that the opportunity of Xinjiang exporting agriculture products outweigh its challenges,promoting a wider market perspectives to the overseas transactions and development. This paper meanwhile aims at the existing problems of xinjiang advantage agricultural products in central Asia market development via putting forward the following countermeasures:First,government of China must strengthen communication to the central Asian countries, vigorously promote the building of transportation and logistics infrastructures. Construction of public service platform should be forwarded and agricultural product quality supervision should be strengthened to actively promote the exports of agricultural products to the central Asian countries.Second, government should also give the full play of the role of industry associations, preventing vicious competition between enterprises.Meanwhile the organization and coordination among enterprises themselves and enterprises with farmers must be cemented as well, with expanding the scope of science and technology training among agricultural practitioners.Third,agricultural enterprises should strengthen the self construction and development, attaching great importance to the brand build of company and products.Exporting orientated companies should also actively carry out the market research of agricultural products in central Asian country.In-depth analysis of the consuming habits of central Asia countries Asian market based on local conditions.
