Owing to the globalizing knowledge economy, innovative nation construction and technical creativeness of the enterprises, the Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter as the IPR) plays a more important role in the international competition. The efficiency of the IPR management largely determines the intensity of the competitiveness as well as the ventures and rewards of the IPR.Compared with the continuous economic expansion of N group, its management of the IPR is far behind its expansion speed. The main problems are as follows: emphasizing profits but ignoring the consciousness, being expert in loose but being short of systems, highly valuing R&D but neglecting commercialization, having more utilization but taking scarce protection as well as investing in great set but inputting little in assembly, etc,. All these have greatly affected the development of N group, and a system of the IPR Management complying with the laws of market economy is in urgent need so as to protect the legal rights of the enterprise and to achieve the aim of establishment of a 'big company group with international competitiveness'.The thesis adopts the methods from Economics and Management, starts from the basic definitions of the IPR and enterprise's IPR management, follows the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the IPR management of N group, and thus, Re-design principles of system arrangement and goals of the IPR management of N group. The thesis concludes a distinctive and characteristic IPR management system from four aspects, namely, the strategical IPR management, organizational management, management of value and evaluation system of IPR. And thus, the thesis formulates many executive proposals and safeguard measures as the strategies of IPR management, the strengthening of establishment of IPR management system, developing perfection of IPR mechanism, emphasizing the construction of IPR informationization and cultivating suitable corporate culture for the IPR management, etc.The thesis, through the researches on the IPR management of N group, can resolve the restraints of IPR management of N group, and provide references for the IPR management of other enterprises.
