Research On Influence Factors Of Knowledge-Sharing In Development Center Of Software Company

With the development of global knowledge-driven economy, knowledge management becomes a big concern for the circles of both theory and enterprise. Knowledge-sharing, an important part of knowledge management, comes to be a research focus for scholars both domestic and abroad.Development center of Software Company is regarded as a typical enterprise in knowledge-based economy, on which knowledge-sharing plays a significant role. This paper initiatively pays attention to influence factors of knowledge-sharing, mainly focusing on development center of software company. The paper is also expected to do help to the theory research on knowledge-sharing and provide positive suggestions for the practice of knowledge-sharing in development center of software company.Based on relative theories and the features of development center of software company, this paper builds a theoretical model, makes assumptions of study, obtains data through questionnaire surveys and makes use of a statistical software-SPSS to verify the relationship between variables. Finally, it comes to a conclusion of the study: there are six factors --enterprise culture, achievements & effects system, leadership support, trust, the quality of knowledge-sharing, social relations, which make positive sense of the effects of knowledge-sharing in development center of software company, hostility make negative sense of effects.Last but not the worst, this paper gives suggestions about the improvement of achievements and effects of knowledge-sharing in development center of software company. Besides, the paper figures out some disadvantages of the research and also looks forward to the future studies.At last, the paper gives the suggestion about how to enhance the effect of knowledge-sharing in development center, and point out the shortage of this study and the expectation of the future research.
