The Value,is a kind of recognition,understanding and choice,which is based on human's thinking and feeling.People can decide their thinking orientation and value judgment according to the Value,and different people have their own unique Value.In the company,the Value of the employee effects themselves directly on their behavior and ways of dealing with affairs.The unique Traditional Value was formed in the long-term social environment of China,and these values influence the people's lives in every aspect.Therefore,it is a very important part to know?to guide and to manage the Traditional Value of the employees in the daily management of the enterprise.From one side,the managers in enterprise need to know the values from different groups of employees very well,and take the use of the values to improve the management level and workplace ratio.For the other side,the company should guide and manage the values of the employees in an appropriate way,so that it can promote the integration and cooperation between different staffs with different values.In the process of modern enterprise production,most employees need to cooperate with other colleagues,be coordinated by the leaders,instead of working dependently.Because of the different values of the employees,the cognitive standards and the ways of doing things are various.Therefore,the internal workplace conflict is a very common situation in the organization and management,and the different type of employees have their own ways in dealing with the conflicts.Meanwhile,the workplace conflicts are constantly accumulating and expanding,as small as to affect the working atmosphere and environment of the enterprise,and even damage the normal operation and development trend of the enterprise.As a result,the management of workplace conflict is a realistic problem that enterprises must not despise but face it.In the modern development environment of the enterprises,the study of the conflict problems and the research of the conflict management has a significant meaning and guiding value on the management of company.C company is a typical state-owned manufacturing enterprise,founded in 1952.After years of development,the factory changed big from small,strong from weak,and now presents a large-scale tobacco production base.In the process of development,the number of workers has reached thousands of people,and the employees are from different ages,and obvious various cultures.At the same time,the workplace conflict between the employees within the company is a frequent occurrence,which is one of the problems that perplex the manager of the company for a long time.Based on the above situation,we collected the data on the Traditional Value and Conflict Processing of different employees in C company.We found the relationship and influence between the Traditional Value and Conflict Processing,and make use of summarizing,analyzing according the questionnaires.With the results of the analysis,we further discovered the internal causes between the traditional values and workplace conflicts during different groups of employees.With the help of the analysis,we found suitable solutions for the company's employees,such as traditional values management steps and internal conflict management measures,so that it could help to create a more harmonious working environment for the staffs in enterprises,and also promote long-term cooperation and development.Finally,based on the typical domestic state-owned medium-sized enterprises,the employees' traditional value and workplace conflicts management theory principles and management measures were collected for empirical study,and it would make sense on organization management to different industries or similar multi-industry companies in varying degrees,and provide them reference value.
