Studies On The Justice Of Economy Between The City And The Countryside

The justice of economy between the city and countryside is not only an important theoretical issue but also a serious practical issue about the construction of harmonious society. The issue contains value of virtue and people's ethical estimation about it. Making investigation into this issue is to meet the essential demand of socialism and communism, it helps to construct the harmonious society of socialism. We should have reasonable ideas about the justice of economy and provide necessary scientific ground for the practice, so that everyone enjoy the good results of social development and modern civilization. The paper is divided in four parts.The first chapter deals with the theory of the justice of economy between the city and countryside, we analyze the ideas about the city and countryside and clarify the implication of the justice from the aspects of study's object and realization's progress.The second chapter deals with the values of realization of justice which contain the economical value and ethical value and social value. The economical value is that the economical efficiency can be improved and the demand for the labor in the economical development can be met so that the economical development of society can be brought about. The ethical value is that the realization of the justice of economy between the city and countryside indicates the humanity and the common enjoyment. Social value is that the realization of the justice of economy between the city and countryside is the demand and sign and key of the construction of the harmonious society.The third chapter deals with the present situations and reasons and effects of the unjustice of economy between the city and countryside. In the economical development in the city and countryside, there are some seriously unfair phenomena which have something to do with the residents'income and consumption and education and social assurance and the supply of public productions. We analyze the issue of the unjustice of economy between the city and countryside in view of historical and actual reasons, showing that the unjustice will threaten the social order, thus the fundamental aim of the social development can't be achieved, farmers may be discouraged from working, the growth of modernization may be slowed, the integration of the city and countryside can't be promoted. The fourth chapter deals with the strategies of the realization of economical justice between the city and countryside. We analyze the ideas of the realization of economical justice. The system of household register should be reformed, so that the justice of start can be assured. The system of the countryside's education and social assurance and supply of public productions should be reformed so that the justice process can be assured. The income of the farmers should be increased so that the justice of result can be assured.
