Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Utilization In Xi'an City

As China's socialist market economy continues to develop, as the carrier of the city - land, is China's one of the largest state-owned assets and, therefore, subject to government, academics and the community's attention, and the intensive use of urban land issue has been One of the focuses people's attention.First of all,based on the intensive use of land on content, comprehensive analysis of six districts in Xi'an City of natural conditions, land use and socio-economic status,through the 6 districts in Xi'an City land-intensive use of the factors affecting the qualitative analysis, the construction of the intensive use of urban land evaluation index system, a principal component analysi(sPCA) method to calculate the year of intensive use of urban land scored the last few axis method of use for the extensive use of low - intensive use, moderate use of intensive and highly intensive use.The results show that in the 1980s, the 6 districts urban land use is at the extension use stage; in the 1990s is at the land low intensive use stage basically; in the early 21st century is a land of low to moderate intensive and then to a high degree of intensive utilization of Mixed stage; it is showed that the 6 districts in Xi'an City Urban Land intensive use of gradual improvement in the level. Comparing average scores show that Xi'an City six intensive use of urban land area ranked high to low levels followed by Beilin District, Xincheng District,Lianhu District, Yanta District, Weiyang District and Baqiao District. Obviously, the 6 districts in the intensive use of land on the spatial distribution of follow distribution ring, followed by diminishing the field within the law.Furtermore,in urban land use potential of intensive research, to six districts in Xi'an City for the study, with their features, construction of urban land use potential of intensive evaluation index system, the use of entropy method to determine the weight, synthetical value-limit adjustive model(SV-LAM) Calculation of potential scores, the final use of their space axis of classification.At last, based on the above analysis, the combination of "Xi'an overall land use planning" and socio-economic development planning, reasonable arrangements for the development of urban land and the land policy of reasonable scientific proposals and to further promote the city for intensive land use basis.
