The corporate culture is not only business management theory and management of the main trend in this century,but also the modern enterprise reform,development and progress of one of the important symbols.On the one hand,China's enterprises are to hold high the banner of corporate culture,on the other hand,the vast majority of enterprise employees do not recognize it,so the corporate culture is "Gone with the Wind in the sky." At a critical period of reform and development of the Agricultural Development Bank of China(Following short for the ADBC) are vigorously carry forward the corporate culture not exception.How to promote the ADBC sustainable development by innovation the corporate culture,naturally become an urgent need to address the major issues.This article sums up the modern domestic and foreign advanced corporate culture and the main features of the experience for reference, studied and analyzed the ADBC's corporate culture of history and the status quo.There is not enough supportive for the reform and the strategic objective of the ADBC in the ADBC of corporate culture that is still in its infancy stage,but need to strengthen on the basis of innovation.Combined with the ADBC's the external environment,the historical mission, positioning functions,the operational characteristics and the reform and development of strategic objectives,and so on,this paper give us the ADBC's corporate culture of innovation of critical and countermeasures.It also designed a questionnaire,in-depth in branches of the ADBC corporate culture innovation a preliminary assessment of the investigation.Overall, this article not only the existence of the ADBC in cultural issues from a different point of view of the demonstration,and put forward their own solution to the point of view,and realized the further expansion of the existing theories.
