As corporate culture is rising, it has the attention of people because of playing a more and more important role in the management activity. Especially in banks which provide financial services and products. Its services and products so highly homogenized that industry competition has evolved from the management elements to the corporate culture. As a result, excellent corporate culture is the most important core competitiveness of the bank. The formation of corporate culture is from the history of company’s development, but it doesn’t mean that the corporate culture is invariable. When the internal and external environment changes, the enterprise strategy must be followed to change, and then the corporate culture has to keep pace with the Times, timely innovation, to maintain lasting power. Excellent enterprise development strategy, therefore, combined with excellent corporate culture to casting excellent company.The thesis’s research object is the local commercial bank, the Bank of LZ. In the first place, reviewed and summarized the corporate culture theory research status at home and abroad and the history of development of domestic banks. Existing in the research and analysis to make corporate culture condition of bank and in the face of national support of micro, small and medium enterprises, continue to deepen financial reform, and regulators keep "decentralization", on the basis of development opportunities, discussed that LZ bank current enterprise development strategy doesn’t match with corporate culture so that cause many problems in management. Then come to the conclusion that LZ bank’ corporate culture innovation is imperative, and pointed out that when making cultural innovation LZ bank must deal with the relationship between culture and development strategy, risk control, authorization and human resource management. On this basis, we will put forward the content of cultural innovation in the composition of the four levels of LZ bank. In the spiritual and cultural level, LZ Bank must adhere to the "people-oriented" humanistic idea, establish a market-oriented development concept and balance global concept. In the aspect of system culture, it should be establish a "people-oriented" management system; In behavior cultural level, it must build a staff code of conduct, actively promote the service culture and the culture of innovation, constantly deepen the marketing culture and strengthen the social responsibility; In the aspect of material culture, it should be further increase investment in hardware facilities. Based on this, advances the specific content of corporate culture innovation, the innovation of core values, to promote the strategic transformation; Innovation management behavior patterns, cross-regional development requirements; The innovation risk control mode, strengthen the comprehensive risk management; Authorization management mode innovation, develop potential of different institutions; Innovation talent selection mode, do men. Finally, from the corporate culture of innovation of stable cross, implement and effect evaluation of the three aspects puts forward some countermeasures for LZ Bank corporate culture innovation and measures.
