Discussion On Contract Management Of Construction Engineering Project

This article which derives from the basic theory of contract management, aims to point out the necessity of studying contract management in engineering project. It also comes from the function and importance of the theory. First of all, the paper briefly introduces the development of the overseas contract management in engineering project. Then, an example of a engineering machinery plant is illustrated to present the current situation of contract management in engineering project in China. Additionally, several problems which are exposed in construction enterprises are taken into account to be deeply analyzed. Finally, the author proposes some recommendations for the contract management in corporations in terms of his own experience and practical work.
