Private enterprise takes very important effect and share in economic development in our country. There are 80% privately owned enterprise in Shenzhen city, but they are facing more and more problems nowadays. For example, the Western countries trade barriers, power cost, labor force cost and material cost going up day by day. Result in cost of enterprise increasing, competition getting intensely. Nowadays enterprises are suffering unparalleled pressure. Future of development and benefit of private enterprise in ShenZhen has been decreased and brought down. In addition, due to crazy increasing of real estate and stock market in two or three years, a large number of private owned entrepreneurs and enterprises invest large funds into stock market and real estate for short-term high profit. It's a universal phenomenon in private enterprise and becomes one of reason that privately owned enterprise short of current funds. Furthermore, due to some internal weakness of privately owned enterprise, for example, lag of management and technology, undefined responsibility of enterprise, no long-term layout, ambiguous check-up system, non-complete regulations, scarcity of prompting and so on, multitudinous privately owned enterprises are facing challenge of survive in the market. They are difficult to maintain advantage only depending on coarse develop mode of lag technology,low cost, poor quality and low price. A lot of workshops move to backland or even bankrupt and partial industrials are facing withered. In dire need to improve and upgrade industrial structure, there are only one way to solve the problem, it's how to overall innovate.It's meaningful for privately owned enterprise and the whole economy of Shenzhen area if they can develop healthily, if they can solve those problems and tide over the most difficult phase. Mostly privately owned enterprise in Shenzhen area is fabrication plant. This thesis try to research privately owned enterprises which focus on industrial product processing in Shenzhen area. We research and discuss this item and try to help privately owned enterprise in Shenzhen avoid detours, through overall innovation to achieve stable, sustained and coordinated development successfully.This thesis analyses the problem and challenge of privately owned enterprise in Shenzhen area and emphasized the necessary of innovation in privately owned enterprise. Elaborate procedure and method of innovation. Investigate and discuss key point of innovation of privately owned enterprise in Shenzhen and then take AAC as the practiced research object. Use IEF matrix, EEF matrix, SWOT module and QSPM quantifying strategic plan matrix to analyze the questions existing during AAC's innovation and provide improvement plan. Illustrate the scientific method and effective system of enterprise innovation management.
