A Study On Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Bohai Rim's Grain Logistics Management

Modern Logistics refers to the modern information technology,integration of transport, packaging, handling, storage,circulation processing,distribution,information and justifications for various functions such as the formation of integrated logistics activities model. Grain Logistics refers to grain production from layout to the acquisition, storage, transmission, processing and selling the whole process of physical movement of goods to all the links in the flow of value-added activities.As a chain it includes the transport of grain storage, handling, packaging, processing, distribution and application of information. Modern grain logistics system is the complete set of fresh flow of infrastructure, efficient and rational mode of operation, the scientific management methods and timely and accurate information services component. The development trends of grain logistics is information, network-based, standardized and modernized.Bohai Rim Region as one of the three major economic circles in china, it is a main grain producing areas and also the main grain sales area. However, due to industrial planning, industrial policy measures and other reasons, the grain logistics industry of the Bohai Rim Region had developed slowly. Using modern logistics to plan Bohai Rim Region macro grain logistics,learning from developed countries and regions'advanced experiences,the paper put forward some ffective countermeasures with the actual situation. It is important to speed up the Bohai Rim Region's grain logistics and to improve grain products services and the competitivenes development.The study focused on the status quo of the use of modern logistics in Bohai Rim grain logistics management, the main problems and reasons,and some in-depth analysis of the system.
