Some theories related with risk of humane capital investment are briefly presented based on concepts and definitions about the humane capital, investment in the humane capital of enterprises with its characteristics, etc. in this thesis. Definitions of risk of investment in enterprises'humane capital, reasons for risks with their categories are then expounded. Investment risks in enterprises'humane capital are further classified as artificial and inartificial risks. And the latter mainly includes risks of investment decision, incentive failure, match between staff and positions, and so on.In this thesis human capital loss risk is emphasized and a human capital loss is classified. A serious impact of the loss on enterprises is further presented in detail. A game theory is used to analyze and evaluate the loss risk.Firstly,a game model between two companies is used to reveal that it is necessary for enterprises to invest in human capital. Furthermore, a talent game model of enterprises is set up and used to explain that the enterprises should do much more work to retain and attract employees in the enterprise after investment in humane capital has been made.Secondly, reasons for loss risk of the human capital are deeply and systematically analyzed in terms of individuals, enterprises and social aspects. Then, all aspects of risk factors are considered as appraisal indices, and a risk evaluation model under an uncertainty measure is set up, which is used to evaluate loss risk of the human capital. In evaluation of loss risk of the human capital, the risk evaluation model under an uncertainty measure meets the "normalization condition" and "additive principle", providing recognition criteria with more reasonable confidence level. In comparison with other existing evaluation methods, the method proposed in this thesis can deliver a clearer, and more reasonable result. Using the method, not only loss risk of the human capital can be evaluated quantitatively, but also risk evasion measures can be made more effectively, and, thus, loss risk of human capital investment can be more effectively prevented.
