Research On Quality Assurance System In The Project Logistics

Along with the deepening of the concept of modern logistics, rising domestic demand for logistics and all kinds of policies which are established to support logistics, China's logistics industry is gradually developing to some scale, and the project logistics as a important kind is paid more and more attention, the development of the huge market is more potential.The project logistics which includes the one-time implementation, technical complexity, as well as the risks of the progress is different from the general logistics. So the composition and operation of quality assurance system is unique, requiring more detailed and rigorous and having more uncertainties in management. In order to achieve competitive advantage which will be trusted by customers, many logistics enterprises in engineering have been establishing safe and reasonable quality assurance system to ensure that all aspects of the project logistics work under the control of high-quality system successfully. Therefore, studies about quality assurance system of the project logistics have been more and more concerned.Firstly ,this paper discusses concepts of the project logistics, as well as the quality of the logistics and so on ,and then leads to the composition and operation of quality assurance system step by step. Through the example of COSCO Project Logistics quality assurance system, concepts, composition and operation are understood easily. At last, through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper tries to illustrate how to evaluate a specific quality assurance system.
