Electric power industry is the fundenmental industry of national economy, which is of great significance for the development of natioanl economy and society. Since shortage of electric power still affects people, during the period of "11th Five-Year Plan", Chinese construction of power networks met another wave. Risk management of project is a major part of project management. A sophisiticated risk management system is formed internatioanlly at present.However, research on the construction of the EPC project is in the early stage in our country. Fuzzy integrated method converts indistinct experience of human beings into specific quantity, then with the appliance of statistics, maths and science, it illumiate a object through specific data.With elementary procedure of risk management, characteristics of EPC pattern and fuzzy integrated theory, this essay introduces the circumstances of the construction of 110KV transformer substation in south Lou Di, analyzes the risk source of construction of transformer substation of late years and its probability, based on the above analysis, this essay analyzes the risk source of construction of transformer substation in Lou Di, evaluates the risk through fuzzy integrated method, studies the degree and grade of the variety of risk factors, and it further probes into coping strategy and particular measures of the construction of 110KV transformer substation.Aimed at the risk management of the construction of the transformer substation, this essay explores the dubious problems in risk management of project. And the valuable theoretical conclusions provides practical guides to perfect the risk manangement of the construction of transformer substation.
