China's enterprises have entered a era of competing in strategy. Study of an enterprise's strategy has become a hot point in the study of enterprise's management. In this article, LYPP company's strategic management is taking as a typical case, and based on this, relevant thoughts and methods have been applied and analyzed.In the part of strategic analysis, Porter's five-force model, value chain analyzing and SWOT analyzing method represented by Andrews has been applied. Through the analysis of LYPP company's external environment and internal factor, the advantages and disadvantages of the company's circumstances are stated. In particular, the strong points and weak points of the company itself is analyzed, i.e. SWOT analyzing is applied for the company. On the base of the analysis, a series of strategies have been presented. These include company's overall development strategy, i.e. forward integration strategy and general competing strategy, i.e. cost leadership strategy. In the meantime, by combining company's character, the control and management of the strategy in the implementation of it is also explored. Feasible and appropriate control measures have been given, i.e. improving juridical person management structure, reorganization and process combination, realizing"three high one low"guided by the market, strengthening implementation by fully using interior and exterior resources, enforcing human resources management, and establishing strategic management test structure system.The aim of the study in this article is to help the decision making people get a better knowledge and seize the opportunity of the market, and to provide them with references for enterprises'future strategic decision making.
