Engineering testing industry in our country belongs to the field of engineering services, compared with other countries, at present our country engineering development status. After 1995, has a number of detection mechanism based on quality inspection, most of which developd under the guidance of the government, but these institutions have not been recognized by international peers. Until 2005, there have been some recognized third party testing organization, especially after 2010, the detection mechanism, companies are springing up. Up to now, through China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment acceptance testing institutions has reached more than 6000.With the vigorous development of the third party testing institutions, engineering testing industry has also been considerable progress. With faced of the third industrial revolution time, the rapid development of the third party testing industry, but there has many disadvantages, with some reasonable, and even with some phenomenon of non-compliance. From current situation of the engineering testing market, there are a lot of testing organizations exist malicious competition behavior is serious, not only harm the industry’s overall image and reputation, but also restricted the healthy development of the industry.In this paper, based on the summary of the related research, the research content and the technical route of this paper is determined. This paper introduces the main business of TK engineering test center, analyzes the status and development of the institutions in the industry, points out the existing problems of the subjective and objective. This paper summarizes the related theory of needs, from a strategic point of view, put forward the necessity of integration testing center. At the same time the use of similarity calculation of integration mechanism of similarity theory, and use the diamond model to measure the testing center integrated competition ability.This paper analyzes the industry environment, competition from the service industry environment, industry environment engineering detection. Combined with practical TK engineering testing center, analysis of the external environment from the political, economic, technological, social and other aspects; analyzing the internal environment from the business resources, strategic capability and competitive advantage.
