Research On The Application Of The Theory Of Property Rights In The Transformation Of Villages In The Hang Zhou City

This dissertation aims to study the rebuilding of village in city, a new branch of the old city reconstruction. The rebuilding of villiages in city is not only helpful to rational exploitation and utilization of urban land, optimization of urban spatial layout, fulfillment of city plan, but also helpful to improvement of civic living environment, promotion of city image, acceleration of urban modernization. It is at the same time, propitious for expanding domestic demand, promoting the economic growth, pushing urban economic development and constructing harmonious society.This dessertation summarizes and reorganizes the relevant research home and abroad especially domestic research on the problem of village in city in order to clearly understand the whole skeleton of this task and write this paper purposefully. Based on the economy property theory, this dissertation carefully analyzes the formation background and collective ownership economy of urban village, and points out that collective ownership is the origin of the birth and problem emergence of urban village. So in order to effectively reconstruct urban village, changing collective ownership property is a must, which includes changing collective economy and the rebuilding mode. As for case analysis, this dissertation carefully analyzes rehabilitation actuality of urban village, shareholding system reform of collective economy, rebuilding mode of urban village in Hangzhou city and points out some existing problems. This dissertation puts forward several new measures to improve stock cooperation of urban village in Hangzhou and brings forward several conceptual innovative schemes to help the reconstruction of urban village.This dissertation contains six parts. Part one introduces topic selection background, research purpose, research method and dissertaion form. Part two summarizes relevant research home and abroad, property theory and collective property. Part three analyzes collective ownership economy of urban village. Part four introduces some cases of urban village reconstruction in Hangzhou city. Part five and six put forward conceptual rebuilding scheme on the basis of analysis of urban village reconstruction mode in Hangzhou.
