Study Of Technological Innovation Process Of Enterprises From The Perspective Of Knowledge Total Lifecycle

Technological innovation is one of the most important sources of corporate core competency. To guide the technological innovation of enterprises, technological innovation process was paid attention to, but most of which was focused on the studies from macro level. The essence of technology is knowledge. Therefore, it is essential to analyze technological innovation process through technological innovation mechanism from the perspective of micro-development of knowledge. Firstly, the knowledge total lifecycle model was formed and constructed on the basis of opened knowledge platform and the theory of knowledge lifecycle. It refers to the whole fluctuating, continuous and recycling process that knowledge grow up from embryos, molds, maturation to regeneration or elimination, through individual knowledge integration and organizational knowledge integration, under the guidance of the corporate strategy and the support of information platform; Furthermore, that the knowledge flows in knowledge total life cycle promote enterprise technological innovation was analyzed. Then, the model of technological innovation process of enterprises based on the knowledge total lifecycle theory was constructed. Enterprise technological innovation process could be divided into two phases: individuals study technology, improve personal technological abilities and carry out individual technological innovation, according to internal and external environment changes, on the basis of the original technology accumulation, under the guidance of the corporate strategy; With individual achievements in technological innovation integrated after entering into the organization, the continuous, fluctuating and recycling process appears. After that, the interaction between the knowledge total lifecycle and technological innovation process, and the mutual relations between the evolution of knowledge platform in the knowledge total lifecycle and the innovation of technology abilities in the enterprise technological innovation process were analyzed. Finally, the technological innovation process under the knowledge total lifecycle was verified with case study, and detailed guidelines were put forward.
