This thesis, based on author's ten years consulting and auditing experience andrequirements of ISO9001:2000 standard, analyzes and summarizes the primary pointsand difficulties of ISO9000 implementation, and provides some feasible methods forquality management system planning and improvement. It is anticipated to improvethe effectiveness, sufficiency and adaptability of ISO9000 quality managementsystem with studying a few cases.We analyze the common waste and invalidation of ISO9000 quality managementsystem implementation, which is planned, created, functioned and maintained inmedium-sized and small-sized companies, and bring forward some feasible solutions.Four parts are contained in this article:I. Illustrate the principal idea of ISO9000, that is Custom Focus and Preventive, andmanagement idea of ISO9000 quality management system.II. Includes the criterion to choose a consulting institution at the first stage whenbegin to implement an ISO9000 system;the importance for consultants to make anevaluation on site before consultation;as well as the function, target and methodof train for different level people.III. Analyze the common results due to unsuccessful planning action and discuss thedetailed step and main point to quality system planning, especially emphasizing ondocument review by means of centralized meeting.IV. Bring forward the essential of quality management system implementation andmaintenance by illustrating some cases, especially analyzing and discussing onclauses of self-monitoring and self-improvement.
