Recently China's anti-counterfeiting industry has developed quickly. Meanwhile, when invest into Anti-counterfeiting industry become more and more, and a lot of small companies come into this industry, competition faced by enterprises is becoming warmer and warmer. Under this situation, China's anti-counterfeiting industry need think better of how to determine developing direction and how to come true their aims. As a one-up and leading enterprise of anti-counterfeiting industry, facing drastically competitive market,The HG Company urgently need establish a suited and feasible developing strategy. According to the practical situation of HG Company, basing on basic theory of strategy management, thinking about character of China's anti-counterfeiting industry, this paper makes systematic research on the company strategies in management and development. And this study is hoped to offer some valuable ideas to other enterprises.Firstly, the paper talks about the backgrounds of The HG Company and the current main problems which HG Company meets at present. Secondly, the paper taking the market economy as the background analyzes the external macro-environment, trade environment faced, The HG Company thoroughly, and internals detailed resources of it. While talking about the internal resource analysis, I touch upon the internal organizations, human resources, products structure, marketing power, managerial status and financing power. As the above analysis, I summarized the development opportunities and threats, superiority and inferior position The HG Company will probably face, using the enterprise strategic management theory and technology, so that contribute to the selection of development strategies. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the opportunities and threats, advantages and inferior position, and concludes the development strategic of HG Company using SWOT Matrix.
