Research On Development Strategy Of Shenzhen C Port Service Ltd.

Ports has been an important industry for the economic and city development which is always supported by the governments. In this paper, Shenzhen C Port Service Ltd.(abbreviated C Port) is selected as the research object. Under the current international economic downturn and increasingly fierce industry competition in the PRD region, the purpose of this paper is to show how to get out of this business predicament. This paper was refered to many survey research literature, implemented qualitative and quantitative research, theory and practice of combining analysis method to study C Port’s development strategy. The main contents include the following aspects:The first part is asking questions, introduces the research background; The second part is reviewing the research theories and methods of the port and company development strategy; The third part is the analysis of company’s external macro environment and industry environment; The fourth part is the analysis of internal environment; The fifth part is the company’s internal and external environment assessment and strategic selection; Sixth part is to establish the company’s overall strategy, to develop the functions of strategic to measures; The seventh part is the research summary.This research focused on:to sort out internal and external environmental which are faced by C Port, via using EFE-IFE, SWOT and QSPM and the other that will clarify the complex environment of enterprises face, help company to determine "growth strategy"; through designing company development Strategies, bases on organization management, marketing management, human resource management, corporate culture, technology management, financial management to made a strategic planning, aims to ensure that company development.
