After more than 30 years of development,the tourism industry of our country has achieved corresponding scale and the system of development is relatively perfect.The number of domestic visitors is rising year by year,and the foreign exchange income of tourism also occupies a large proportion of the revenue.Tourism,as a new industry,involves a wide range of fields.Not only did it boost local tourism revenue,but it also led to the development of local restaurants,accommodation,transportation and other industries.As a result,the share of tourism in the tertiary sector of the economy has also been increasing year by year.As a major tourist province,LiaoNing province has many tourist attractions in cities such as DaLian,ShenYang,Huludao,BenXi and AnShan.In 2016,LiaoNing province continued to promote the construction of tourism groups at the municipal level.The establishment and development of Qian Shan tourism group is not only a requirement to respond to the structural reform of the country's supply side,but also a breakthrough in the development of tourism.Qian Shan travel group limited is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of the government special administrative region authorized by the government of the special Anshan region government.Qian Shan tourism group is mainly responsible for the development,construction and operation of tourism resources in the whole city,tourism project construction and development,scenic spots tourism management services,tourism products,tourism brand promotion.The group has 11 subsidiaries,which are responsible for the operation and management of the scenic spots,relying on local tourism resources,adhering to the concept of advanced investment and management,relying on high-quality personnel,and fully integrating and optimizing the local tourism resources,to contribute to the tourism industry in LiaoNing province.This paper makes use of the relevant theories of enterprise strategic managementand synthesizes the relevant documents.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation,current situation,existing problems and solutions of Qian Shan tourism group.Second,this article analyses the strategic environment of Qian Shan travel group limited,including the external environment and internal environment of the Qian Shan tourism group.Analysis of the external environment from the macro-environment and industry environment.The industry environment analysis includes the competition between the industry and the competition among the internal enterprises and the differences.The internal environment analysis of Qian Shan tourism group is mainly analyzed from two aspects: the resources and ability of the Qian Shan tourism group.The paper also analyzes the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of Qian Shan tourism group by means of SWOT analysis.Finally,this paper starts with the analysis of Qian Shan tourism group's development strategy,including the group's development strategy objectives,the company strategy analyzed by strategic control of the company's development strategy.This article analyses the choice and implementation of the development strategy of the Qian Shan tourism group.It is conducive to the enterprises from their own internal and external environment,in combination with their own advantages,in-depth understanding of consumer demand,promotion of products to meet the requirements of consumers,brand image,increasing publicity effect and actual competitive advantage of enterprises.
