The Role Of Regional Innovation Network In The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

The small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the society development and the country stability, but there are also many problems that the small and medium-sized enterprises development faces, which reduces the innovative capabilities and the competition of enterprises. In a highly competitive market environment, it is hard to improve the competitive advantage for the small and medium-sized enterprises depending on the technology innovation only by themselves, the regional innovation networks is a new type of the production organization which is fit for the small and medium-sized enterprises development, it can help the enterprises to earn and share the innovation sources, also it can make the enterprises adapt the diversity requirement, reduce the investment on the research and development, the cost of trading, and the innovation risk. It will provide the reference for theory and the guidance on actual market for the small and medium-sized enterprises by structuring a regional innovation network. The method of system analysis, comparing analysis and case analysis is using to do the research on regional innovation network and the small and medium-sized enterprises innovation network structuring. First, the theory background, the content and method of the research on regional innovation network have been introduced briefly. Second, the basis theory and related concept of the regional innovation network have been expounded, such as the concept of regional innovation network and the function of the body with characteristic and behavior. Last, the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises has been elaborated, the problem of lack of fund, technology backward and shortage of specialized personnel, some specific analysis has been done on the cause of these problems, as the low trust between enterprises and the unsound construction of intermediaries. Then the function that the regional innovation network works in the small and medium-sized enterprises development has been exposited, pointing out the significance of it. The theory of social capital, game theory and the theory of external scale economy have been used to analyze the mechanism of regional innovation network and the small and medium-sized enterprises development. The suggestions on the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises have been proposed, which will direct their development. The main innovation ideas of this paper are using the theory of social capital and game theory to analyze the small and medium-sized enterprises regional innovation network mechanism, exploring the theory basis of regional innovation network.
