Along with knowledge economy, advanced manufacturing technology and information technology developing with high speed, scientific and technological newer cycle of products shortening, products innovation faster. As a kind of capital and wealth the intellectual property right is permeate through all respects of international economy, science and technology, trade activity, and the products innovation ability become a key factor with competitive power for enterprise. So that, to improve enterprise technological innovation ability, promote patent use and industrialization, it is one of the effective ways of improving using and industrialization result of patent. However, enterprises and R&D organization at present, do not still link up the operation of intellectual property right and legal protection organically, so carry on the research has the historical and realistic meaning.This paper studies the operation management problem that exists in enterprises intellectual property right of our country; through to the current situation studied in enterprises technological products innovation operation, from concept of products innovation, protected, studies the innovative management system. The thesis has carried on the brief introduction to current situation of intellectual property protection of domestic and international enterprises at first. Have studied and analyzed protection and development of the scientific and technological level of our country. Analysis on domestic and international typical cases probed and summed their experience and inspired. Then discussed some relevant problems with aspect of management from the operation of the innovative achievement, have proposed the operation and protection countermeasure of intellectual property right.
