Use the Internet for online development and the establishment of the human resources market in the developed countries has been a common phenomena, This is an important ways to find talents for organization.Recruitment and retention of human capital is to organize the overall business strategy and an important component of the success. Whether academic or popular press have emphasized that it recognizes that attract the right people to businesses, rather than the person designated to enterprises is very important. In the development of market economy, recruitment advertisement plays a very important role Recruitment advertising is the key step for successful recruitment which not only directly related to the ability to attract and recruit suitable talents, but also a good opportunity for organization t oconvey ideas and values. As an mportant link in the network recruitment, it is necessary to study the China's online recruitment advertising content and characteristics. The study based on a corpus of 300 job advertisements collected from four major professional recruiting websites on the Internet. Mainly through content analysis of Sino-US recruitment advertisements contrast. We investigated the encoding items which gave us the information about Established,size, job description, ability and quality requirements, salaries, training and development opportunities of Recruitment advertising between China's enterprises and the United States. Found that businesses are more emphasis on the basic situation of enterprises, the length of the recruitment advertisements have more ability and quality of the posts and not detailed enough description of the requirements of specific issues such as gender discrimination, age, residence and other severe restrictions than in the United States. Chinese enterprises do not provide a detailed realistic job previews,such as specific descriptive information (working hours, salary, overtime, Physical examination, etc.) Different positions in the banking business ability and quality requirements are also different, there is no uniform standard in the banking enterprise work experience requirements, and the average work experience of the American Enterprise requirements higher than the Chinese enterprises 2 years. Through comparative study on the network recruitment advertising between Chinese and American. China and the United States concluded the difference of network recruitment advertisements between Chinese enterprises and American enterprises,And to improve the proposal about Chinese network recruitment advertisements.
