Knowledge economy and informatization technology are rapidly and continually developing,extremely competition environment calls each enterprise’ innovation capability,human resource is becoming critical point ever,every tiny thing related talent acquisition,development &learning and retention are all on the top priority level of strategy.As the start point of human resource management,organized and efficient recruitment is the only way to thrive talent pool and bring advanced knowledge,make the company keeping the edge.This text takes the problems of recruitment for inspector as the research object in R classification society.Starting from recruiter receiving the frequent complaints and challenges by the hiring department,analysis and verifying problems in the recruitment process by in-depth interviews and questionnaires with the internal,external cooperation parties,exchanging views with hiring managers,recruiters,suppliers,and candidates.Sort out the problems and root causes in the inspectors recruitment management of R classification society: weak employer brand influence,unequal employment requirements and market salaries,lack of necessary industrial knowledge of the recruitment team,poor information communication with the recruitment teams,information asymmetry,missing human resource planning and recruitment planning,vague and broad job descriptions,unclear job responsibilities between departments,unreasonable expectations to recruiter,over load tasks of the recruitment team and so on.According to the in-depth analysis of the causes of recruitment management problems,practical solutions are proposed: strengthening the knowledge and skills training of the recruitment team,establishing a cross-departmental communication mechanism,formulating recruitment plans and prioritization,optimizing job descriptions,and expanding recruitment channels.Those inspectors are all expert with professional skills,high mobility,short and urgent project cycle,and unbalanced regional distribution,shortage enough and qualified talent in the target area,have to pay extra and high expense for tickets,hotel fees and time rate.This text is aimed to provide solutions of inspectors recruitment in the research of R classification society,at least it can provide ideas and reference opinions for the solution of corporate personnel recruitment problems.
